Loughton Shout: Harley Watson Called Sufferer

A boy was named as Harley Watson.

He had been struck on Monday, at approximately close to Debden Park High School in Loughton, Essex.

A guy was detained on suspicion of his murder, in addition to the murder of a girl and four teens who had been hurt in the wreck.

It’s known of the kids – a woman, and 2 boys, a boy – are students at the college.

“The college will be available [on Tuesday] using numerous counselors available to encourage our community”

Spiritual Cavanagh, executive head instructor, explained Harley’s departure as”a youthful life so tragically dropped”.

He explained: “This young man had left his mark on the faculty and was enjoyed and loved by staff and pupils.

“We’ll consult with the family and our college community to choose how to commemorate his lifetime ”

“He recalls the car coming towards him he remembers getting hit, but it’s a small blur. He struck his head and that I believe he glanced for a little,” she explained.

“Alfie rang me and said’mommy I’ve been struck by a car’ so that I took down there as quickly as I could. It was dreadful.

“It was… dreadful to see, children laying on the ground, just horrible.”

Essex Police said officers want to find a silver Ford Ka which was”likely to have damage to [its own ] leading”.

The drive took the measure of visiting.
